SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Our Sales Representative is responsible for initiating and managing relationships with customers to sell our trailers and services. The primary goal of this role is to identify business opportunities, build rapport with clients, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
This is a full-time position that is based out of our Eaton, CO trailer lot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Understand customer needs, wants, and pain points to provide tailored solutions
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Analyze market potential and track sales performance
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
Work Environment:
- Typically works in an office and parking lot setting, with regular travel to customer sites or trade shows
- May work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Education and Experience:
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or product category
- Ongoing training and professional development to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques
